The Butter Chicken Dosa was born from a simple question: why do South Indian and North Indian cuisines never appear together? We answered it. Our naturally fermented dosa batter is spread thin and cooked golden-crisp on the tava - exactly as it would be for our Masala Dosa.
Inside, instead of the potato masala, we fold in a generous portion of our slow-simmered butter chicken - tender yogurt-marinated chicken in a rich tomato-makhani gravy made with fresh cream, butter and pure desi ghee. The crisp dosa against the creamy, fragrant butter chicken is a combination you will not find anywhere else in NE Calgary.
